National Guard reports to Chicago 'in a state of readiness' in case of election unrest



Troops from the Illinois National Guard are now in Chicago in the event of civil unrest in the wake of Election Day, as Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker said Monday it may be days until results are known.
