Connecticut boy forced to kneel on tacks, drink hot sauce; mom, stepfather arrested



A Connecticut man allegedly locked his stepson in a small room for months and tortured him by forcing him to kneel on tacks and drink hot sauce until he vomited, among other abuse, as the child’s mother did nothing to intervene, police say.
